  • Nakmor Kesh - Speak with her about every topic.
  • Tiran Kandros - Speak with him about every topic.
  • Foster Addison - Speak with her about every topic.
  • Scientists: Professor Herik, Doctor Aridana, Chief Lucan - Initially, they won't appear on your mission goals list but you can speak with them nonetheless. By doing that you can unlock other quests - Task: Missing Scientists, Task: Comparatively Alien and Task: Hitting Rocks for Science.

How to unlock: Read an e-mail from Keri T'Vessa.

The journalist can be met on Nexus

The earliest moment for unlocking this quest is after getting on Tempest for the first time. Read the e-mail (Interviews) from Keri T'Vessa. She wants to make a series of interviews with you for her documentary. The journalist can be met in Nexus: Docking Bay. During your first conversation you should accept the proposition for an interview (you can also flirt with her) and choose whatever options you want (your choices become your official statements regarding the most important events in the Andromeda Galaxy).

However, one interview won't complete this quest. In the later part of the game you can receive another e-mails or find Keri again during your stay at Nexus. The, you should complete next interviews. During the interviews you can continue flirting with Keri, as well as suggest a "more serious" affair.

Sometime after finishing Hunting the Archon main quest you should receive and e-mail from Keri's producer - Hakim Baratat. He asks you to meet him on the Nexus. Go to the Nexus and find Hakim in Nexus: Docking Bay (he should be standing in the same place where you met with the journalist). During the conversation you learn that Keri is in prison.

Use the tram and go to Nexus: Operations Center. Keri is in one of the cells. Speak with her about the details of her imprisonment (you can also select the flirting option to cheer her up). After that this quest is suspended and you can continue it when Keri's situation will change.

You can shape the material made by the journalist - Additional tasks | Nexus side quests - Nexus - Mass Effect: Andromeda Game Guide
You can shape the material made by the journalist

Shortly after completing The Journey to Meridian you should receive an e-mail from Keri with information that she was released. You can go back on Nexus and meet with her in Nexus: Docking Bay - you can find her on a balcony on the upper level of the common area. During the meeting you can decide whether the material should describe only facts or to comfort the colonists. If you were flirting with Keri up to this point then after giving the interview you can meet with her privately on the lower level and go to Vortex club. This is a good occasion to know her better and ask her additional, more intimate questions.

You can give Keri the last interview after completing the main storyline, which is after the Meridian: The Way Home Priority Op.

Alternate solution: There is a chance that Keri's material will upset the colonists. It happens when you try to create a positive image for the Initiative at all costs, avoiding the topic of its dangers at the same time. In this case, Keri may be forced to hide from the angry crowd in her apartment in Nexus: Docking Bay. If so, go there and convince her to come out.

Rewards for completing the quest: XP, Andromeda Viability Points.
