On this page of the guide to Mass Effect 3 we have prepared a list of people with whom you can establish a romantic relationship while playing as the male variant of Shepard. In addition to the presentation of all candidates we inform you about any additional requirements and restrictions associated with each of the available romances.

While playing as a man, you can choose between the following lovers:

1. Ashley Williams (only if she's still alive and if she doesn't die during the course of a new campaign; whether she was romantically involved in the first part of the series doesn't matter);
2. Diana Allers (only if you invite her aboard the Normandy);
3. Jack (only if she is still alive; it is required to start an affair with her in the second part of the series);
4. Kaidan Alenko (only if he is still alive and if he does not die during the new campaign; homosexual relationship);
5. Kelly Chambers (only if she is still alive and if she does not die during the course of a new campaign; it is required to start an affair with her in the second part of the series);
6. Liara T'Soni (only if she's still alive; whether you had any relations in the first part of the series plays no important role in that case);
7. Miranda Lawson (only if she is still alive and if she does not die during the course of a new campaign; it is required to start an affair with her in the second part of the series);
8. Steven Cortez (homosexual relationship);
9. Tali'Zorah (only if she is still alive and if she does not die during the course of a new campaign; it is required to start an affair with her in the second part of the series).

On the Unfinished romances page we also inform you about the romances of male Shepard which were originally established in Mass Effect 2 and, unfortunately, are not continued in Mass Effect 3.
