The following system requirements are for the original 2012 edition of Mass Effect 3. The ME3 remaster is part of the 2021 Mass Effect Legendary Edition trilogy and, for obvious reasons, the system requirements of updated version are higher.

- Video card: AMD/ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB or NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 512 MB
- DirectX: 9.0c
- Disk space: 15 GB
