The following chapter of our game guide to Marvel's Spider-Man presents the description of the quest "And The Award Goes To...". This is one of the darkest and most exciting missions in the entire game.

The beginning of the mission is a long and dramatic film sequence. There was a huge explosion at ??a ceremony, and there are many wounded - including Peter Parker. You will have to control another playable character in the game - Miles. Run ahead and enter the destroyed building on the left.

Jump over the barricade and go under the suspended car. Soon you will reach Miles's mother - approach the scaffolding and try to pick her up. Fortunately, with the help of a pipe, the woman will be freed without suffering any major wounds.

Climb the boards and scaffolding located opposite your character. Use R2 to go further and jump over to the other side. Go to the destroyed car and proceed further. Wait for the guard with the flashlight to look the other way and run to the next piece of cover. Wait for the two bandits to move away and jump over the obstacle in your way.

Wait for a good moment and enter the destroyed part of the building - from there you must go onto a car and then continue onto the scaffolding. On the other side, jump down and approach the barricade. Wait for the guard with the flashlight to turn his back to you and run right to the next guard. Remain extra careful here - there will be glass scattered on the ground, and if you step on it you will make enough noise to alert the enemies to your presence.

When every foe is facing the other way, leave your hiding place and run to the objective marker. The mission will then come to an end - you will see a touching cutscene that will present the funeral of Miles's father. You will also receive 3000 XP for completing the task.
