This page of the guide to Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy has a detailed description of all the choices in chapter 16 - Magus. You will find out when you have to make key decisions in chapter sixteen, as well as what are their long-term consequences.
For obvious reasons, the following description of the choices in chapter 16 contains spoilers. Nevertheless, we've tried not to describe events in too much detail, and have instead focused our attention on the possible choices.
The final battle with The Magus
Choosing the correct option in the last scene with an important choice is required to complete the game. Magus is the final opponent of the game, and you have choose the right dialog options to outwit and provoke him. Choosing the wrong dialog options will lead to failure and force you to restart the final chapter.
Magus - successful or unsuccessful taunt
As with previous scenes of this type, your task is to correctly choosing three dialog options. It is worth noting that the choices are separated by battle stages, and at the end, you have to complete the QTE sequence. The whole fight with The Magus was described in more detail in chapter Bosses. The following description focuses only on the correct choices.
With the first choice, choose the right dialog option - Slow Clap.
With the second choice, decide on right dialog option - Badger Him.
With the third choice, choose left dialog option - Provoke the Magus.
If you choose correctly in all 3 situations, a cut-scene with the QTE sequence will play. This will allow you to advance in the game finale and move to the epilogue of the campaign.
