Last stay on Milan
The beginning of Chapter 14 is the final opportunity to take a stroll onboard Milano, as once you fly to the final location, the final chapters will play out without interruptions (i.e. returning back to Guardian's ship). As a result, you can consider this moment a point of no return .
You don't have to stock up or do any preparations before the finale. We recommend examining all obtained Guardian collectibles, which are in crew quarters and cargo hold. Each one unlocks a new conversation and adds a new entry into the galactic compendium. You can also talk to crew members, e.g. to Mantis.
After the conversations are over, go to the bridge and fly to Sancrosanct.
Sneak past the church's armada
An interactive scene will start in the final phase of the flight, in which you'll take control of Milano. While underway, as you'll follow a pre-determined flight route to Sancrosanct docks, fire at enemy units and destroy as many of them as possible. It's not a difficult scene.
Fight your way into Sancrosanct
After regaining control of the Star-Lord, the heroes will wear unique outfits from the Golden Guardians set. You can keep them on or change them, and even if you put Star-Lord in an outfit that is without a spacesuit and rebreather, he won't receive damage. New clothes, like others, are solely cosmetic items.
Here, Groot will unlock his fourth Guardian Ability. This one will come in handy, as it canresurrect team members. Activate if you notice that someone is down and you cannot reach them that easily. Groot can also resurrect Star-Lord if the hero falls on the battlefield.
Once you regain control, a battle will ensue - consider attacking the initial enemies with Lightning Shot. Unifiers will also join the battle. Attack the one who at the moment is not surrounded by a force field.
After the battle, get to large elevator. Another fight will begin on the upper floor. Along the way, use Lightning Shot to unlock a closed pathway. Repeat this procedure with the next door. During further battles, you'll notice that common enemies have force fields - to be more effective against them, use Plasma Shot. Further along the way, once again use Lightning Shot on the switch.
You'll get to tunnel with big fan and very strong gusts are able to push the heroes down and throw them off the balconies. Continue by hiding behind covers (example in screenshot 1) and use Wind Shot to erect further obstacles which you can use as cover. Once the fan shuts down for a moment, use the opportunity to move to the next cover.
While still in the tunnel, you can optionally climb onto the left balconies (screenshot 2) Once you're there continue by avoiding the gusts and creating new cover. Jump to upper right balconies to find Costume - Team-Lord (Star-Lord).
The exit from the tunnel is at bottom right. Follow the linear corridors until a cut-scene begins.
Get to the giant rock
Along the way to the giant rock, you'll face some more opponents - remember to take advantage of their weaknesses to certain elements.
Once the area is clear, make an attempt to send Rocket to the control panel. The panel will explode, but the path ahead can be unlocked by firing the cannon. Continue fighting opponents. You don't have to issue any special orders, as Groot should automatically place bridges wherever possible.
After one group of opponents, the path ahead will be blocked by a cluster of minerals - to clear it out, use Plasma Shot.
Further ahead, you'll have to do a slide, ending in a small room which will be a background to some combat. After the battle Gamora should pave the way again without having to issue a command.
In the next area you will meet new Inquisitors and because you have Plasma Shot unlocked, you can now use it to deal more damage to them. Continue forward. After one of the battles, a cut-scene will begin depicting the appearance of Queen of the Monsters - her dragon will help you further along the way. You don't have to fear another confrontation with the beast.
After landing in a new location move the large object from the above image and ask Gamora to pave the way forward.
Slide down a new shaft and continue fighting - expect new Inquisitors. Once the battle concludes, Drax will break through to the next room.
The next area will be subjected to an aerial bombardment from the Dragon. After the scene concludes, Groot will form a bridge. After using it, turn first to the right and reach the side shelf. There's a mineral cluster - fire at it with the Plasma Shot. This unlocks access to a collectible: Costume - Five Horsemen of the Apocalypse (Drax).
Get back to the team and continue forward. In this area, depending on your choices, Cosmo and Knowhere may appear. This will happen if in Chapter 12 you successfully passed the scene with Cosmo, that is, you helped him get out of the influence of the Promise.
Cosmo will eliminate a large group of opponents. If Cosmo doesn't appear, you have one extra battle to fight.
Keep moving. Use Plasma Shot on a mineral cluster and send Gamora to unlock the path forward.
Push through the hole - heroes will automatically land in a mine.
The new location means more battles - again, Plasma Shot will surely be useful. After the area is clear, you'll reach a location where you need to use Ice Shot on geysers. This way you can create makeshift ledges.
While in the middle of climbing further shelves, take a look at the area shown in the screenshot. You can take a detour by creating additional ledges that lead to a narrow passage - at its end, you'll find a lot of loot and two final collectibles of the game. These are: Costume - Chosen Daughter (Gamora) and Archive: To Whom it may Concern.
Return to the rest of the team and continue through the mines. You'll pass a workbench on the way.
After collecting the entire loot from the mines, head towards the exit shown in the picture. Opening the door will begin a cut-scene.
You will find yourself in a location with a large number of created inquisitors. In this moment, if you've behaved correctly, Worldmind may appear, provided you've convinced it to change its worldview in Chapter 9.
Worldmind will launch a powerful attack that will leave several inquisitors with low HP. If it doesn't appear, a tough fight is before you, as the enemies will be in full strength. There's an exit door nearby that leads to where Warlock can be found.
Stop the Fulfillment
Follow Adam Warlock. The dialog options hold no significance - you can choose to react or remain silent. Once you reach the meeting spot with Raker, watch a new cut-scene and Chapter 14 concludes.
