List of mission 7 secrets

In chapter 7, you can find 12 secrets.

Archive: Warning

The secret can be found early on in the stage, soon after you unlock lightning attacks. As part of the mission, you need to use one of these attacks to shoot at the switches above the door from screenshot no. 1.

Once you enter the new location, move forward a bit. You'll find the collectible on the ground (screenshot no. 2).

Archive: Cadet Gold's Attendance

This is one of the 2 secrets that can only be obtained if you acquired Nikki's personal device in Chapter 2 by skillfully holding the conversation with her during the elevator ride with Nikki and Ko-Rel - we described this in more detail in the Important choices section on the Chapter 2 page.

Thanks to Nikki's personal device, you will be able to open the yellow side door soon after obtaining the previous collectible - it's pictured in the attached screenshot.

In this secret location, you will need to find the parasitic organisms from screenshot no. 1 and destroy them with your blasters - this will allow you to squeeze between the pipes.

Head towards the end of the new path and soon you will find the secret on the balcony (screenshot no. 2).

Guardian Collectible: Drax's Rap Sheet

The secret is in the same hidden location that requires Nikki's personal device to unlock. Remain in the area where you've obtained the previous collectible and look for more parasitic organisms near the ceiling (screenshot no. 1).

Shooting the parasites will cause part of the structure to collapse (screenshot no. 2).

Now you can climb up to the highest balcony. There you will find the secret depicted in the screenshot above.

Outfit: Nova Corps - Rocket

You can get the outfit during the puzzle involving rerouting the circuits - this task is commissioned by Rocket and you will receive it after completing the huge round elevator ride.

Over the course of this puzzle, you will visit two different areas on this floor. In order to find the secret, pay attention to the area from screenshot no. 2, which you will reach after squeezing through the ventilation shaft.

Don't rush to complete the whole puzzle. Investigate the switches on the wall and use lightning attacks to target the right switch marked in screenshot no. 1.

This way, you will unlock the small side room from screenshot no. 2.

In the following room, you will find a crate containing the outfit.

Outfit: Nova Corps - Gamora

You will get the chance to obtain this outfit soon after asking Groot to expand the bridge - this location is pictured in screenshot no. 1.

In the following location, you will notice a stairwell and you will need to reach the bottom of the stairs. You will arrive at the partially flooded section of the stairs, complete with dangerous discharges (screenshot no. 2).

There are two things you can do here:

1. Turn left and use the lightning attack on the switch to get rid of the discharges and to make it safe to enter the water again.
2. Tell Gamora to cut the pipes from screenshot no. 2.

This will allow you to enter the newly unlocked locker, which contains the crate with the outfit.

Galactic Compendium: Chewbacca Toy

This secret is obtained automatically. After reaching Nikki's hideout, you need to send Rocket into the ventilation shaft to unlock the entrance to Nikki's room. The Star-Lord will pick up the figurine without your input.

Archive: So Many Thoughts

This secret is also found in Nikki's room in her hideout. It can be found on the red ottoman from the screenshot.

Archive: Urgent Quarantine Warning

This collectible can be obtained as soon as you exit Nikki's hideout. In the area from screenshot no. 1, you have to crouch down to squeeze through.

In the following corridor, examine the area on the right. You will find the secret on a large yellow crate, next to the railing you had to jump over (screenshot no. 2).

Guardian Collectible: Galactic War Commendation

You can find this collectible as soon as you reach Ko-Rel's office (screenshot no. 1), which is, of course, part of the main storyline.

Walk up to the big window with various painted inscriptions and signs. You'll find the secret on the floor to the left of it (screenshot no. 2).

Archive: Upcoming Accuser Visit

You can grab this secret just after the previous collectible. You need to go to the bedroom adjacent to Ko-Rel's office. The collectible is lying on the floor next to the yellow bed.

Note that you need to grab the collectible before you finish searching all the rooms and return to Rocket.

Archive: Cycle Reminders

This secret can be obtained soon after defeating the first Inquisitor, i.e. the big robot that can launch red lasers. Keep going until you reach the captain's bridge from screenshot no. 1.

The collectible is lying on the desk at the opposite end of the bridge, next to the large window.

Archive: Golden Shadows

This secret can also be found on the captain's bridge. It is lying on the table on the right side of a large room.

Note that you need to get both of these secrets before you head to the control console next to the great levitating globe.
