ANSWERING THE PHONE AND LEAVING THE APARTMENT:

Start off by leaving the kitchen (a cut-scene will be displayed when you're close enough to the phone). You'll find out that Carlo wants to meet you in the observatory. Put some clothes on #1 and leave the apartment #2. An attempt to leave this area will result in watching a new cut-scene. Leo will explain the whole situation. You'll still want to get to the observatory, but your new task will be to kill Falcone instead of having a friendly meeting with him.

DRIVING TO THE OBSERVATORY:

You need a car go get to the observatory and you can steal a parked vehicle or assault one of the drivers #1. It doesn't matter what model it's going to be, because you won't have to race anyone. Start driving towards the observatory located in the northern part of Empire Bay. Drive through a parking lot when you get there #2 and stop the vehicle near your destination.

DEALING WITH FALCONE'S MEN:

Your only concern for the next 10 to 15 minutes will be to continue fighting Falcone's men and you'll have to be careful, because most of them will be using powerful weapons. Start off by finding a good cover. Notice the first group of men running towards you. Prevent the gangsters from moving too close #1 and once they're gone attack their colleagues found on the upper balconies #2.

Don't leave cover until you've eliminated all enemy units. Carefully proceed towards the stairs #1 and start moving forward after reaching the balcony section. Take cover after a short while, because a new group of well-armed gangsters will be running towards you #2.

Continue moving forward. Take cover often and make sure that no one else is heading your way #1. You're probably going to be attacked by several other groups along the way and you'll have to keep fighting until you've reached an entrance to one of the buildings. A gangster will be hiding here #2, so you'll have to kill him before moving on.

The next group of gangsters is stationed in the room to your right #1. One of them should be standing near the entrance and the other one on the upper balcony. Once they're gone two more gangsters will show up. You'll also have to watch out for a gangster hiding near the glass ceiling #2. Kill him before moving on, because you would be an easy target for him.

Enter the room you've just secured and use the stairs to reach a lower floor #1. Look around here to find a new Playboy magazine lying on the ground #2. Pick up the collectible and return to the upper level.

Get to the upper balcony where one of the gangsters was standing and search this area to find several grenades. Carefully approach a new passageway #1. Wait until the explosion occurs in this area and then stop Vito in front of the stairs. Wait for the gangsters to show up and surprise them before they have a chance to fight back #2.

You may use the stairs, however you should take cover near the roof #1. Eliminate all hostile units from here before moving on. The last group in this area will leave a nearby building #2, however killing the gangsters should be easy.

Make sure to explore the entire roof thoroughly, because you'll find a Playboy magazine #1. Proceed towards the door where the last group of gangsters appeared not long ago #2.
