ANSWERING THE PHONE AND MEETING WITH JOE:

Get up and answer the phone #1 to find out that Joe has a job for both of you and that doing it will allow you to earn at least some of the cash needed to pay off the debt. Dress up and leave the apartment. Joe will be waiting for you near the garages #2.

DRIVING TO OAK STREET IN GREENFIELD:

Enter Joe's new car (Smith Thunderbolt) #1 and carefully drive it out of here. It's very important that you don't damage the vehicle on your way to your current destination, because you'll need in perfect condition soon enough. If you do crash you can consider visiting a workshop. I wouldn't recommend doing that, because you'll need a lot of cash later on during the chapter. Turn to Oak Street when you're close to the finish line #2 and drive towards one of the homes where you'll witness a very interesting cut-scene featuring an old friend. :-)

ESCAPING THE FEDS AND THE POLICE:

Get ready, because a chase will soon commence and the feds will be using a very fast car to stay on your tail. A good idea would be to use the sidewalk to lose them #1, because there's a chance they'll hit a lamp #2 and stop completely or at least lose precious time trying to catch up to you again.

Turn right after reaching the end of Oak Street and start driving north #1. Notice that you'll be given a chance to drive faster here which should allow you to lose the cops and the feds. Be careful only while going through tight corners #2, because you may lose control over your vehicle or crash into a civilian car.

If you've already lost the chase you'll soon notice a workshop to your right (also in Greenfield) and you should definitely use it #1. If you still have other vehicles on your tail you should continue driving east #2. Using the freeway would be a good idea and you could drive to a workshop located near Joe's place.

It doesn't really matter which workshop you'll choose, because the only thing that is important is ending the chase. Lose the wanted status by repainting the car or changing plates #1. Joe will soon ask you to drive him to Kingston district. Do this right now, ignoring the fact that you're both wanted (only your car is "clean"). Leave him near the garages in Kingston #2.

DRIVING TO DEREK TO GET A JOB:

You should now pay a visit to one of nearby clothes stores #1 to lose the wanted status on Vito. Make sure to park the car close to the store and to leave the vehicle after making sure that there aren't any police units in the vicinity. Once you've bought new clothes you may start driving towards the docks located in the southern part of the city. Leave the car near Derek's office #2 and head up the stairs. Derek will have a job as a bodyguard on a mission to scare off some of the protesting workers.
