Each point has a short description with advice related to finding the precise location of the secret. Once you collect a magazine, you can see it in the secrets window (the cover plus one or a few pages).
Magazine 7 (October 1965)
Reaching this magazine can be very troublesome. It is inside the building (or rather something like a large trailer) marked on the map. The main problem is that the object is on the area of the police station.
You can reach the magazine by killing all law enforcers on your way, but that would be quite hard and you would have to be ready to face some reinforcements. It is a better idea to sneak up there. Start from the gatehouse located next to the closed gate. Use whistling or Screaming Zemi to lure away the nearby officers. Then quickly enter the gatehouse and then go to the large field.
Before you enter the building with the secret, make sure that no officer is looking in Lincoln's direction. The magazine can be found in the place shown on the picture. Once you collect it, quickly leave the station so that no one shoots you down.
Magazine 20 (May 1967)
The magazine is inside the main building of Burke's Iron & Metal. The building is locked at first and you can gain access to it only after you meet Burke and recruit him in the "Cut and Run" story mission.
Magazine 25 (May 1966)
This magazine is slightly harder to found even if you locate it on the map. First you must use the stairs to reach the roof of one of the buildings. Once you are there, open the yellow door shown on the picture. Behind it you will find the secret.
Magazine 31 (November 1966)
It is hard to find this magazine since it is located in the sewers under Downtown. You can get to the network of underground tunnels by using a few different ways. The easiest one is to go north from the secret and find the entrance shown on the picture. Here you can use a boat or run across the wall.
Follow the tunnel south. After a few moments you will find the area with the magazine shown on the picture.
Magazine 38 (November 1968)
The magazine is easy to notice, but you may have trouble getting in. You have to enter the narrow alley shown above - it will lead you to a small courtyard. The secret is in the area covered with a roof.
