Estimated difficulty level of getting all the trophies
Is - 4/10 - Mad Max doesn't require a lot of skill to unlock all the available trophies but some of them can be a little bit problematic. There are two reasons for that. The first thing is that you have to fully complete the game - you need to have 100% competition rate which requires you to explore all locations and complete all optional objectives in camps. This will take you a lot of time due to the game's size. The second thing is that you have to complete all non-repeating challenges. There are a lot of them but the bigger problem is that missing a good opportunity for some of these challenges can extend your time with the game. Prepare yourself to spend a lot of time with Mad Max. This isn't a type of a game where you can get a platinum trophy after playing it for 2-3 days.

At least 60-80 hours. Looked everywhere trophy and other similar trophies will take you a lot of time to unlock. Prepare yourself to visit all markers on the map and to complete all side activities (optional camps, secrets etc.). Trophies related to challenges can also be problematic, mainly Up to the Task. However, The Exiled and The Messenger can also be difficult to get. Some of the challenges (e.g. races) require you to do your best while with others it is important to not miss a good chance to complete them (e.g. find a specific type of an enemy). You can't miss any of the trophies but if you complete the game too fast then you can have problems with "arranging" certain encounters to get some of the trophies.
Number of trophies
49 - There are 41 bronze, 5 silver, 2 gold and 1 platinum trophy (only the PS4 version).
Offline trophies - 48 Online trophies - 1 - In theory, Mad Max doesn't feature a multiplayer mode. However, one of the ways of gathering Scrap is to collect it in Strongholds. Scrap Crew automatically collects Scrap which can be collected after starting the game again. This action is connected to one of the challenges that are required for unlocking Up to the Task trophy.
Does the difficulty level affect the process of obtaining trophies?
No. The game doesn't feature any options to change difficulty level.
Minimum number of required playthroughs
One. Mad Max allows players to keep playing the game after completing the main story line.
Important notes?
Check out the list of the challenges required to unlock Up to the Task trophy and try to complete them as you progress through the story. You can have problems with encountering specific types of enemies after you clear a camp. In theory, the game doesn't block you from completing challenges but some of them can take you a lot more time.
