#1 - you will find it during the Righteous Work story mission. When taking over the first camp, examine the container located in the place where you have met the War Crier.

#2 - in one of the Scavenging locations (the one most far away to the west). You will need the harpoon (opening the gate) and the Jimmy bar (opening the door below) to get inside.
