Many times while driving through Wasteland, you will spot fearsome Scarecrows or Snipers looking for victims. Eliminating the metal constructions and enemy shooters is optional and can help you in lowering the threat level in a region. It's one of the simplest way to increase safety. Because of that, you should always use it - Scarecrows and Snipers are easy to eliminate.

Scarecrows

In order to increase the ramming strength, accelerate before driving into the Scarecrow.

Scarecrows are larger or smaller constructions, usually placed near roads. They can be destroyed in few ways, the simplest and most frequently used will be the harpoon (the strongest Scarecrows will require higher harpoon level) and ramming (only if the Scarecrow isn't reinforced with wall - in that case this method will not work. To deal more damage, remember about boosting before driving into a Scarecrow. On the northern territories Scarecrows will be stronger, they might require few hits. At that point you should have the Thunderpoon and upgraded harpoon, they will make it much easier to destroy the Scarecrows.

Snipers

It is easier to beat the snipers with their own weapon.

Dealing with Snipers is similar, and even easier. The towers with the shooters don't have to be destroyed. It means that you don't even have to get close to a Sniper. All you need to do is find him from safe distance and kill with your own sniper rifle. He will be eliminated for good, these enemies do not respawn. Driving into a tower will have similar effect.
