The mission will be unlocked (Pink Eye gives it to you) after completing the Dance with dead story mission. Before starting it, check your shotgun level and the amount of ammunition - each bullet will count.

Expect the first larger group of enemies when driving through the Jaws.

Drive the truck towards the marked passage. There you will be attacked by a group of cars. Your objective is to reach the destination in one piece. The enemies will be consequently trying to stop you. The truck isn't as resistant as one could think, so eliminate the threat as quickly as possible - use mostly shotgun for that.

Keep attention to truck's resistance - if the vehicle is destroyed, you will have to repeat the mission from the beginning.

If truck's resistance drops significantly, consider leaving the vehicle. Enemy attacks will focus on you, which will allow you to save the truck. You risk being run over by a car, but usually the enemies are leaving the vehicles after a moment, which allows you to defeat them in hand combat, without the need to destroy their cars. You will be attacked at least twice during the whole track, reaching the destination will end the mission and unlock the Dune Vessel Carrier.
