A blue icon informs you that you can start a side mission.

After starting A Wasteland Classic story mission, you can talk with Chum. He will want you to return to the burned hideout and bring the dog and Chum's vehicle back.

A safe return with the dog will end the mission.

The mission is very simple. Drive to the hideout and get the dog into Chum's buggy. Then drive it to Jeet's Stronghold while watching out for any dangers (depending on threat level). After arriving, create a proper place for the dog - he and Chum's vehicle will be unlocked (when entering the car you will be able to select a different vehicle). The mission will end.
