Destroying the Scarecrows is the easiest way to reduce threat level.

Talk with Chum and learn about the part required for creating an Archangel. Then, talk with Jeet and go search for the required car body.

Important: This part of the mission will become active once you have reduced the threat level in Jeet's Territory at least by one point (from 5 to 4). If you haven't done that yet, take control of some Camp, get rid of Snipers, a Convoy or Scarecrows.

Three enemy fighters are protecting the needed part.

After reaching the marked location, get rid of three opponents. Watch out especially for the guy with a large club, damage dealt by it is dangerous. If you eliminate him in first order, you can pick up his weapon and easily take care of other enemies. Search the place - you will find 2x Scrap, Scrap crew above and your mission objective - the Car body - hanging above.

Go to the stronghold where you will find the last needed part.

Then use the Workshop window and install all the available upgrades for "The Jack" Archangel - if you don't have enough Scrap, search for it in Scavenging Locations. When only one part will be left to install, you will receive new objective - travel to Gutgash's Stronghold. Go there. In the stronghold, you will have to bring all required wires to Chum. Finally you will have to collect 100 Scrap and buy the last upgrade. "The Jack" will be constructed and the mission will end.
