The following page contains descriptions of all of the puzzles, which you will have to solve in the game Lust for Darkness. They have been divided into parts, as mentioned in the walkthrough.

The puzzle with the casket in Amanda's room

In the third stage of the game, you will reach Amanda's room at the Yelvertons' mansion. You will have to open the casket that's lying on the small table next to the bed.

In order to open it, you have to properly adjust the three rings shown above. They have to be adjusted in such a way that the symbols align as presented in the picture above.

The closed passage puzzle

In the fourth stage of the game, you will find yourself in another dimension. While exploring the area you will find the place shown in the picture above. There's a closed passage there, in order to open it, you have to find four elements of the mechanism, and then, arrange them in a certain way. The first part is just on the right side of the entrance.

The second part is to the right of the closed door.

The third part is just next to it.

You will find the last part on the left of the closed passage. Having collected all the parts you can now get back to the closed passage and activate it. Your character will put the mechanism in place, but you still have to set it up correctly.

You can move three parts of it - you have to align them as shown above. After doing this the passage will open.

Puzzle: How to get out of the storage room?

At some point during the fifth stage of the game, you will become locked in a storage room. You will have to find a way out. On the top of the shelves, you will find a box with a code on it. Pick it up, the code is 413 (it's on the back of the box). Use the code to open the lock, inside, you will find a magnet. The magnet allows opening the closed door.

Puzzle: Closed passage in the Lusst'ghaa dimension

While exploring the Lusst'ghaa dimension in chapter six, you will encounter a closed passage (as shown in the picture above). To open it, you have to properly adjust the pieces shown above. To do this, rotate the discs and arrange them in the same way as in the picture above.

Puzzle: Composing pictures

In chapter six, one more puzzle awaits. While going up the stairs, you have to compose three different pictures. If you don't do this, the stairs will have no end.

In the first place, you have to create a humanlike figure.

In the second, a tree.

And in the third, the symbols shown above.

Puzzle: Closed door at the end of the game

In the final level you will encounter a closed door, this time, however, the puzzle isn't about opening a door, but approaching it in a way that it doesn't close.

The switch is used to open the door, however, you cannot simply go to the exit. First, you have to climb the first pillar on the left, then move to the right side and hug the wall to get to the exit. In other case, the passage will keep closing.
