This page of the guide to Lost Judgment explains whether or not can you disable the tutorial in the game.

During the first chapter of Lost Judgment, when fighting enemies, you'll see objectives on the right side of the screen which need to be fulfilled to finish the tutorial. Thanks to that, the player gets familiarised with all of Yagami's fighting styles.

The tutorial, however, can't be disabled. Each time you're notified about a tutorial, you have to complete all the objectives before the real fight begins.
