You can change the appearance of your character in Lost Ark. Below you will learn how to Reskin the character and change their name in the menu.

When you enter the main screen or before you resume playing with a previously made character (after joining a different server), you can select one of the buttons from the menu in the lower right corner: Reskin - to change the appearance - and Change Name - to change the name. Unfortunately, when you use the button you will get a message that you need a special ticket.

You can find this ticket in the in-game store. It costs 800 Crystals. This equals about $8. Thus, it's worth planning the character early on - and if you're not far along in the story progression, why not start the game from the beginning? Remember that you can transfer your items between characters (Storage Keeper - Roster Storage) and the Roster level is consistent for all characters assigned to one account (one list, one server).
