Approach the door and push them - this will cause the clocks to frequently strike. Use this to your advantage - a striking clock stuns the creature, naturalizing it for a few seconds. When the clocks strike a full hour, go right and move towards the shoes. Pick one up, wait for another clock and throw the shoe at the button on the wall.

Then run as quick as you can and get through the door left ajar. This will get you into the library. Go right and climb the bookshelves as high as possible. Light up the candle; jump onto the piano and to the other side. Use the books to climb. The creature will reappear

Follow the carpet and use books to climb. Light up the candle and approach the teddy bear and some toys. Go past them and be careful not to knock them off. Proceed further this way, until you reach shelves. Jump down and quickly use the books on the left get to the next location through the crack in the wall.

Approach the TV, turn it on and pick the lever up. Wait until the creature enters the room, let it pass (you can hide behind the table, as shown above, and look for the lever slot among the bookshelves.

On your way, you will find a candle that can be lit. Activate the lever - this will let you haul the piano up a little. Jump onto the piano and to the other side. You'll reach a new location. Approach the cart and push it (watch out for the steam - it's deadly) until it's as close to the door as possible. Then jump onto the cart and leap for the door handle.

Keep going right until you reach the sewers. At some point the hands of a hostile creature will appear and try to grab you. Wait until the hand on the right is feeling the pipes a bit higher, crouch and sneak through.

Run away from the creature until you run into a dead end. The hands will be looking for you all around the place - get onto the crates in the corner, wait for the right moment, jump down and pull out a chunk of metal that's supporting the door which will lower a bit. Pull again, and you'll cut the creature's hands.
