This page of our Little Nightmares 2 guide has a walkthrough for the third stage of the game – Hospital. Here you will learn how to run away from the enemy. We've covered all the interactions you need to perform to escape your opponent.
This sequence is mostly about running away from the monster. Your job is to perform all interactions fast enough to avoid being caught.
Your are safe, for now. Go through the bars – the fabric that hangs on the passage is perfect for this.
Then lift the pipe. It is essential for defeating the hand that will jump out at you.
You must hit the hand twice. When you get rid of it, Six will come to help you.
After getting rid of the hand, Six will help you pull the board. This will get you into the next room.
You will encounter an opponent who will chase you for the rest of this chapter. Hide under the shelves so that he cannot grab you.
Use every cover to hide from the enemy. If you crouch behind the cardboard box, the enemy won't see you.
Get to the passage in the wall to move on.
You need to be more patient in the room with beds. We suggest hiding behind the wheelchair to avoid exposing yourself to attacks. Remember, if he notices you, you won't get away from him again.
Your task is to get to the block that lies right next to the wall. Hide under beds to avoid being caught by the enemy.
Take the block to the door located on the right – throw it at the button to open the passage.
Hide under the bed when the door opens. Let the opponent go ahead, otherwise, he will kill you.
In order to escape, you must go through two shafts. This way you will reach the morgue.
You are relatively safe in the morgue. You need to get the key so you can move to the next part of the hospital.
Six has to push you to the other side of the morgue. Get into one of the drawers and wait for Six to push it so that you land on the other side.
Start by pulling out the stretcher lying on the left, the one at the bottom.
Use the lower stretchers to jump to the upper ones. You will slide out a piece that will allow you to move on.
Head to the right side of the morgue. Start by pulling out the stretcher in the lower right corner.
Jump on the corpse – you will be able to reach the doorknob, from which you will fall onto the wooden top.
There, you need to gain enough speed to reach the shelf. Next, can climb to the very top to proceed.
Get to the key – just jump off the shelf and grab the item.
With the key, return to Six.
Time to open another door to face the opponent again.
To get to this ventilation shaft, you'll need to climb up the cabinet (avoiding the open drawers), and then jump onto the beds. Gain enough speed and then jump further.
You have to get the fuse to proceed. This is not a difficult task, but it does require a little bit of focus.
Start by moving forward – Six will help you with that.
Then climb up (using the ladder) and jump down so that you fall on the lever.
Your opponent is distracted – sneak back to the morgue.
Take out the lower stretcher and use them to jump and get the fuse.
Go to the box – you put the fuse in to open another door.
The final part of the escape is not that easy. Keep running – don't stop even for a moment.
You will reach the furnace. Jump into it. This is the only option to get rid of the opponent. Don't have mercy, remember he doesn't have it either.
Sneak down to the bars. Six will help you open the exit – you won't get burned along with the opponent.
Once you get out, use the lever to start a fire in the furnace. This will burn the enemy.
After getting rid of the opponent, start the elevator. Use it to finish the third chapter.
