In Like a Dragon: Ishin you can start Substories - side quests . This page of the guide contains a list of all 7 Substories from the Mibu district and smaller locations from the Other tab - the hero's farm and the path to the Kiyomizu Temple. Substory #60 - It's What's On the Inside
How to unlock: Visit the Mibu District in Chapter 5 or later. Go through the gate west of the Otake Tea Parlor. You will then watch a cutscene with bandits and Wandering Samurai.

About Substory: You need to talk to the samurai Aguri . You will also meet this character later near the Shinjo Bridge in Rakunai and back in Mibu.
The reward for completing the Substory is the Gion Hood - wearing this hood (part of the Gear) will grant you a small amount of Mon for each step you take. This is a good way to get rich slowly.
After Substory ends, the Aguri Samurai can spawn at the Otake Tea Parlor near the Shinsengumi Barracks in Mibu. This is a great opportunity to recruit him and obtain the unique Trooper Card - Aguri .
Substory #61 - Hope Blossoms Again
How to unlock: Visit the Mibu District in Chapter 4 or later. In the western part of the district you can meet an old married couple - watch the cutscene and defeat 1 enemy.

Substory #62 - A Warlord's Ambition
How to unlock: You need to reach at least Chapter 5 and cook any 10 meals on the farm . After leaving the farm building or reaching the farm, Visiting Man - Akechi should appear.

About Substory: This quest is all about preparing a meal that the Warlord has requested. Complete the cooking mini-games and claim the Dragon Whisker reward.
Substory #63 - The Boy Who Cried Bear
How to unlock: Visit the Mibu District in Chapter 5 or later. Next to the large shrine in the western part of the district, you will meet a boy talking to his father.

About Substory: The confrontation with the big bear will start immediately - you have to defeat the beast (the fight is very easy with the Gunman style).

Substory #64 - Mama Ryoma
How to unlock: Visit the Mibu District in Chapter 4 or later. On the main path in the eastern part of the district , you will automatically meet a group of children - select the option to join their game.

Substory #65 - The Amnesiac
How to unlock: You can easily unlock the Quest in Chapter 4. For the first time, you can use the passage in Sannocho - it leads to Kiyomizu Temple , a temple that you must visit as part of the main storyline.
While following the narrow path towards the temple, you will find a man lying on the ground .
