Substory #56 - Finders Weepers
How to unlock: This quest can be unlocked in chapter 4 at the earliest. Visit the large shrine in northwestern Rakunai first. You will meet Shrine Maiden Akari there and by talking to her, you can unlock Bond with Akari.
Meeting place with Akari - Bond - Akari.
Now you can explore southeastern Gion. You will find a diary lying on the ground - look at it.

About Substory: Substory is about adding diary entries to communicate with its author. Each time you have to wait a bit for the answer to appear in the diary.
Substory #57 - Soft and Supple
How to unlock: Visit the northern path in Gion in chapter 3 or later. A man will talk to you and invite you to the brothel - agree.

How to unlock: The quest is unlockable in the northern part of Gion in chapter 4 or later. While traversing the northern path, you will be stopped by a Scent-Enticed Man - talk to the cook.

About Substory: The mission is to bring a self-cooked meal (it cannot be a meal bought in a restaurant) - you must return to the farm and prepare any dish from the list in the kitchen. Bring this dish and you'll unlock the Revolutionary Chef NPC Bond (bringing more meals).
Substory #59 - The Sexy Madam
How to unlock: Explore the southern part of Gion in chapter 4 or later. Sexy Madam is a woman who will be standing by one of the trees - talk to her.
