- Back to radio
The game begins with Steph's first solo day on the radio station. Your task will be to get acquainted with the environment and introduce yourself to the audience.
The entire broadcast station will be in front of your eyes. Look around, see what you can touch, see, and interact with.
With the DLC, you have access to your phone. At first there will be only texts from friends and residents of the town. In the later stages of the game, there will also be a dating app and messages with interested women.
Your task is to raise "Task List". This will allow you to continue the missions you have to perform.
Start by turning on the microphone, this is an option that is available on your mixer. Just look at it and "Turn on Microphone" will appear. Then look at the microphone and select "Introduce Yourself".
After introductions, take a look at your computer and the songs you can play. Steph's not going to be thrilled, and she's going to find another way to spread the music in town.
Steph's attention will be drawn to the vinyl that's on the cabinet next door. Your task will be to choose one of 4 available. At any time you can change your choice, just look at the shelf and change the album to another. In this way, you will receive another portion of music that will accompany you in this part of the game.
The next task is to provide information about sponsors. Take a look at "Ads", and then select "Read Ad". No matter what happens next, you'll end up reading everyone's information anyway. At this point, however, you can only select one of the options provided.
After giving one piece of information, Steph decides she needs a break. To do this, he will sit on the couch and begin setting up the dating app.
In this place you have several choices that will affect the created profile. This information has no effect on the women who speak to you. The conversations will look the same, you will hear from exactly the same women, regardless of your choices. These are purely cosmetic decisions.
At each stage of the game, there will be several women who you can reject or accept. You will get their photo, age and brief information that they shared on their profile. It's up to you which one you choose.
At some points, you may see a notification (such as in the screenshot above). That way, you can talk to the girl in question. Steph can start the conversation herself or wait for their move. Messages between women are largely automatic, but sometimes you have a choice of a dialogue line. These decisions affect the further conversation. If you are arrogant or ill-disposed, women will quickly end the relationship.
After leaving the station, go to the wooden counter, right next to the cash register. There's a package on it from a friend from high school. Open it to see treasures you may have forgotten.
In the box you will find several things, including an invitation to a game session. You will see all the items, and then choose the place of action of your next game. This is one of the optional tasks that you can perform at this stage of the game.
Note from Kate
On the right side of the counter, right next to the gift box, you'll see a note from the store owner. It has several tasks for you to complete. We describe them below to make it easier for you to play.
Let's start with the task that is closest to the note. Just enter the room on the left, right next to the countertop.
Look at the poster boxes. You can choose between 2 - you can't watch them before you hang them. Choose how you feel, and Steph will go and hang a poster on the wall right by the entrance.
First phone call
When you hang the poster, you'll hear the phone ring. Go to the studio to pick it up. This is the first listener who will have a special assignment for you. You'll talk to him for a minute. You have several dialog options to choose from. It is worth noting that they are limited in time. However, if you do not choose this option, nothing will happen, Steph will continue the conversation on her own.
After the interview, leave the radio station. Head to the second possible room to find the recording with the melody line that Steph was humming. It's an introduction to creating your own song. This will be present through the entire DLC. In each stage, you will choose one thing that will affect the final sound of the song.
The recording is located at the very end of a wooden cabinet, on which there is also a laptop and a CRT TV. If you do not see the "listen" option immediately, select "look" first. After a brief observation, you'll be able to listen to the recording.
Going straight from the entrance, take a look on the right side. On one of the shelves there are albums that you need to arrange. Choose what you want, 1990s or 1970s, and then Steph will arrange the records.
The owner of the store mentioned ventilation in her letter. Examine it, it'll only take a minute. Steph's not going to do anything about it, she's just going to assess the situation and the weird noises coming out of the pipe.
Back to radio
After completing all the tasks in the store, you will hear the phone ring. Go back to the radio and pick up the phone. You will talk to the girlfriend of the guy who called you earlier. Again, you have a choice of several dialog options that are limited in time.
The next task is to read all the information from the sponsors. As before, take a look at "Ads", and then select "Read Ad". You must use all possible options to complete this task.
The last thing you need to do in this part of the game is to call a friend. Gabe's going to be proud of Steph. To do this, you need to look at the phone and select "Call Gabe". After a short conversation, you will move on to the next part - summer.
