Episode's Part: Party Time.
This episode begins in Alex's apartment. Get close to the kitchen, you'll find a dried rose on the wall, right by the window. Charlotte gave it to Gabe.
Drum Kit
Episode's Part: Spring Festival.
After getting to the festival you'll encounter Steph and Ryan. Once you're done talking to them, you'll be by the stage. Turn around and focus on the drums.
Microphone
Episode's Part: Spring Festival.
After getting to the festival you'll encounter Steph and Ryan. Once you're done talking to them, you'll be by the stage. Go around the stage and examine the microphone behind it.
Polaroid
Episode's Part: Spring Festival.
Leave the festival ground and head to the bar. Near to the "EXIT" door you'll find a polaroid. Examine it to make it appear in your journal. In the building you can spend some time with Duckie.
CIT Sticker

Leave the festival grounds and head to the bridge. Then turn right and go into the back of the flower shop to find the final secret of this episode.
