You'll find the second secret right after the fight with the "wolf". After defeating him you need to turn around and look behind you. There's a dollar bill on the ground, examine it and pick it up.
Appointment Slip

You'll find the secret at the bar, right in front of the door. You need to go past the bloodstain and look around the threshold.
Old Paper

The paper is on a small table in the smaller area of the bar. This place contains a large bear figure which can catch your eye.
