Destroy the damaged vehicle on the right side and you will gain access to the character token - Klaue Henchman.

Character #2

Enter the room shown on the picture to get the second character token - Ultron Sentry

Character #3

Walk as Iron Man towards the place shown on the picture and scan the area. When the attachment appears, switch your character to Hawkeye and pull the door to gain access to the character token - Thunderstrike.
