Mission six starts with a fight with Man-Thing. Keep hitting him until the enemy's health bar is completely empty. Watch out for his special attacks. After that you must reach The Old West to continue your mission and defeat M.O.D.O.K. The last thing that you must complete are the events on the train. You will be rewarded with a few new characters.

Defeat Man-Thing

The first stage of this mission is the fight with Man-Thing. During this fight you must watch out for two special attacks. His first attack are tentacles/roots that come out from the ground. Simply stay in the air as Thor. But if you are trapped by them, press the buttons displayed on the screen. His second special attack is acid rain. There is no exact way to avoid it because rain drops land randomly. Try to eliminate his minions during this stage because they will try to prevent you from reaching the boss. Man-Thing is stunned after using these attacks which gives you a chance to damage him. Keep doing that until you deplete his health bar.

Warning! You have unlocked the option to free roam Chronopolis. From now on you are able to travel through the entire map.

Reach The Old West and defeat M.O.D.O.K.

Your next objective is to reach The Old West - Mission 6 - High-Noon Saloon | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Game Guide

Your next objective is to reach The Old West. This place is located in the north-east. Use any of the characters and follow the blue bricks - they will show you the way. Enter the Saloon when you are ready and start the story-related mission.

As soon as the fight starts out you must get closer to the stage and destroy objects made out of bricks. Construct a gramophone and charge it with Rocket Racoon. This stuns M.O.D.O.K. and allows you to hurt him.

M.O.D.O.K. has a few special attacks. He can, e.g. shoot lasers - avoid them at all cost. He uses this in one of the two places (two spots on the balcony). Hide beneath that balcony to avoid damage.

In the next phase of the fight you must get closer to the stage and jump on the rod in the middle (ride above the stage). This lifts up the curtain and you get another chance to attack the boss. Construct a cannon out of the bricks on the ground and use it to destroy M.O.D.O.K.'s shield. Keep doing that until M.O.D.O.K. covers himself with a force field.

Switch to Drax when you notice that M.O.D.O.K. starts hiding behind a force field. Jump on the place presented in the picture and destroy the cracked part of the floor. This reveals a platform for Gamora. Switch to her and use Gamora's sword to deflect a laser beam towards the boss.

The last step is to throw a barrel on M.O.D.O.K.'s head. Get on the balcony on the right (see the picture) and push the barrel down on his head. This allows you to defeat the boss and continue the story.

Events on the train

Select any of the characters and get on the next wagon. You will notice an obstacle. Get down on the lower level and use the bars to reach the other side. Defeat enemies behind the obstacle and destroy the container to spill out new bricks. Construct a platform and activate it by throwing Star-Lord's gravity mine towards it. This allows you to get on the next wagon.

The new wagon has two enemies with flamethrowers. Shoot them as Star-Lord and attack when they are stunned. Defeat the enemies and continue your journey. Enter the wagon when you reach the place presented in the picture. Destroy all objects made out of bricks. Create a trampoline and move it to the right - this allows you to reach the roof.

As Kid Colt, you must reach the place presented in the picture and use your lasso on the hook to lower the small bridge. This allows you to reach the other side. There, you must face Captain Corbett.

The fight with Corbett isn't difficult so keep hitting him until he loses all of his health. After that you must jump on the see-saw and change the arm's position in a such way that it will allow you to jump on the cage and the next wagon. There is a container with bricks hidden behind the cage. Use these bricks to construct a gravity booster. Throw Star-Lord's gravity mine towards it and go on the next wagon. As Star-Lord, you must enter the cannon and switch to Kid Colt. Aim at the cannon, shoot Star-Lord and stun M.O.D.O.K. This ends the mission. You get the following characters:

  1. Captain America (Old West)
  2. Kid Colt
  3. Captain Corbett
  4. M.O.D.O.K.
