Mission 3 - Castle Hassle | Walkthrough LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Guide

The third mission is divided into a few parts. During the first one you must chase Vulture in Manhattan. Catch him. After that you must go through a portal that will take you to Medieval England. Find the entrance to the castle and after you defeat the enemy, Enchantress, you will have to complete a rescue mission.

Chase in Manhattan
Before the main mission starts, you must chase your enemy. As Spider-Man, you must keep getting closer to the escaping villain and, when you are closer to him, press the buttons displayed on the screen to neutralize Vulture. Repeat this step a few times until the game launches a short cut-scene. Watch out for traps that will appear during the chase. The best way to avoid them is to be on a move constantly and position yourself above the enemy, not right behind him. However, if you touch one of those obstacles, you can simply find the mission icon and continue it.
Follow the knights through the portal (Team Captain America)
Select which team you want to play first. This section of the guide is for Captain America's team and the later part is dedicated to Spider-Man's team. Go towards the portal. Blue LEGO bricks will show you the way. Jump into the portal. Find Black Knight and take the mission from him. Follow him.
During this part you will have to deal with a few enemy groups. They won't be a threat to you so choose any of the available characters, get rid of them and continue walking. Repeat this step three times until you reach your destination - the Castle.
Find the entrance to the Castle
Watch the short cut-scene and switch to Doctor Strange. Approach the place presented in the picture. Use his powers and change the cage's location. In order to do that you must speed up time for the right object - this means that you must press direction buttons in a such way that would turn it to the right as far as possible. Then, switch to Groot and enter the cage. After that you must go back to Doctor Strange and use his powers to turn the gears to the left. Groot is now on top of the small tower where you can find another mechanism. Activate it as Groot and use directional buttons (up) to try to open the gate.
As Groot, you must go through the gate and destroy all objects made out of bricks. Build a battering ram and destroy the inner gate.
Activate the trap and go with the team on the lower floor (see the picture). Here, you can find green bushes that block access to a panel. Use Gamora to destroy these obstacles and select Doctor Strange to activate the panel.
This activates a portal. Go through it as Groot. Reach the place presented in the picture and destroy the plate on the ground with Groot's special ability. This reveals a place for a gravity mine. Switch to Star-Lord and throw a gravity mine there.
This reveals the apple. Switch to Doctor Strange and speed up time by using his special power. Turn the gear to the right until that item turns into an apple core (see the picture). Thanks to that your enemy loses her powers and you will be able to take the castle's key.
Events in the Castle
Inside, switch to Doctor Strange and use his special power to turn the traps off (those, that block the access to another part of the hall). Reach the main part of the room, eliminate the enemies and free Captain America by using Doctor Strange's special powers.
After that you must switch to Captain America and use the bricks scattered on the ground to build a platform. Stand on it and throw your shield at the switch presented in the picture. Your next objective is to defeat Black Knight (Nathan Garrett). He has no special attacks so keep hitting him until his health bar goes down to zero. However, you should watch out for traps that are in this room. They come out from the ground - you must avoid them during the fight. After that the mission ends and you receive a few new characters:

- Enchantress
