Secrets in Rex's HQ | Chapter 13 | Walkthrough LEGO City: Undercover Guide

List of secrets:

1. 2 character tokens: Henrik Kowalski, Submarine Captain;
2. 1 Red brick: Studs x8;
3. 2 vehicles: Jupiter, Rex's Brute.

Shield pieces:

1. Destroy three silver chests as Rex in the first and the second area;
2. Complete the basketball minigame in the first area;
3. Open 5 red drawers in third area;
4. Water 5 plants in third area.

LEGO City hero status: 155 000 studs.

This location consists of four areas:

• Area 1 - upper part of the base
• Area 2 - submarine
• Area 3 - factory
• Area 4 - main part of the base

Area 1 - upper part of the base

Start with opening the silver chests

In first area you should start with destroying the chest (1/3) in the upper left corner. That is, if you have Rex Fury. Two other chests can be found in the next area (underground). For destroying them all you will receive a piece of shield.

During the game you must hit the basket three times

At the beginning you should also walk to the basket and win the minigame. You will receive the second shield piece.

Area 2 - submarine

Destroy another chest to gain access to the token

Once you get to the underground, go up. There you will find two remaining chests that Rex can open. After destroying the second one you will see an electric box. After fixing it the shield will deactivate and you will be able to collect Henrik Kowalski character token.

Area 3 - factory

Open the red drawers in order to get the piece of shield

Here you can receive the third shield piece for opening five red drawers - all of them are in this area. In order to get the fourth shield piece you must also destroy five flowers scattered across the place.

Only Rex can collect the red brick

You will see the red brick quickly after entering the third area. Sadly, you can't collect it during your first approach. First you must deactivate the shield that protects it. To do it, you must first destroy the silver chest for Rex. Then you must use the astronaut chest behind it and construct a lever that will deactivate the force field.

After getting across the large chasm you will find the final drawer (5/5) (1) and the penultimate flower (4/5) (2) - it is hidden inside the machine at the wall. The last flower (5/5) can be seen by using teleport. At the edge of the wall above the chasm you can find Submarine Captain (3) character token - it's in the bottom right corner.

Area 4 - main part of the base

In the last area you can get two character tokens

On the last floor of the base you can find two vehicles. The first one is Jupiter which you can obtain by destroying as Rex the silver chest at the entrance. The second vehicle is Rex's Brute. You can find it by drilling the ground and jumping into the hole.
