Reach the prison island

To start the next mission, go to the back of the police station and smash the garbage can, then rebuild it and go through the gate. You will meet a captain, who will commission you to build a ferry boat for him. This is no simple task - you need 15 000 blocks in order to complete it. You can use the terminal inside to open the gate to the next area.

Go along the edge to the place, where you can jump the fence

You have to beat all of the opponents and then cuff them. From now on you can also utilize a guard in fights, which will allow you to protect from attacks. You do not have much time to cuff a downed opponent, so make sure you do it instantly. At the end grab the ball and take it to the inmates by the pitch, and they will let you inside where you can talk with the other prisoner. After the conversation, go through the door to the prison blocks.
