Dress the injured captain

The captain is injured and you need to stop the bleeding. Go to sick bay. Take a bandage from the bunkbed, a compress from the cabinet (under the sink) and a germicide (it's between the bottles near the patient couch).

Go to the corridor. Look at the debris and take a piece of metal.

Go back to the bridge. Pick up zipties (from the cables near the puddle). Close to the captain, use the germicide on the wound, then put the compress on it and use piece of metal to stop the bleeding. Finally, put the bandage on the wound.

Get rid of the mercenary

Go to the corridor. You need to put out of action the mercenary, who is standing next to the hatch. Take down a fire extinguisher (on the left, above the red valve), unlock it (use it on Milena) and use it to rid of the mercenary.

Opening of the chest

When he will be unconscious, try to open a huge trunk on the right. The puzzle will appear - you need to assemble metal elements in the right order by moving them into the square (some kind of Tetris game). To change position of the element (vertical, horizontal, left, right) drag him into one of the arrow on the bottom of the screen. The puzzle has several solutions, one of them on the screenshot below.

Inside the trunk you will find a combat knife. Of course, pick it up. Use it to cut the blanket, you will get two stripes of fabric. Use one of the stripe to tie the mercenary and the another to gag him, then use the zipties to bind his hands. Now you can move his body and put him into the trunk. Examine the hatch to rear exit and the hatch window (LPM and PPM). Then go to the air treatment.

Provide the crew inflow of fresh air

Turn the red valve of extinguishing system (on the left side of the controlling device for the fire extinguishing unit) to switch off the fire extinguishing unit, so the inflow of the quenching gas will be shut off - Chapter 5: The arrival of the Balakovo - Undercover Missions: Operation Kursk K-141 - Game Guide and Walkthrough

Turn the red valve of extinguishing system (on the left side of the controlling device for the fire extinguishing unit) to switch off the fire extinguishing unit, so the inflow of the quenching gas will be shut off. Then turn the red valve on the right, to open the outflow of the gas. Click on the controlling device - Milena should say that the fire extinguishing unit is switched off and no more gas will be released.

Go back to the corridor where turn all red valves of air supply (one on the left, two on the wall next to the hatch). Red diodes (on the air supply display) should turn to green.

Get rid of two mercenaries on the bridge

Go to the bridge. Look at the status screen on the left. When Milena will say that she's hearing someone's steps, hide behind the commando table.

When two mercenaries appear, pick up a pen lying on the floor close to the table. Use it on Milena (or double click in the inventory), you will get a pen spring. Use this spring to open an aluminum box (near the table, on the left). Take rubber gloves, a walkie talkie and a screwdriver.

Throw the screwdriver into the puddle, then use rubber gloves on the electrical cables (near the puddle).

Search both of the mercenaries (PPM) - you will get the screwdriver back and also win a pipe wrench. Look at one of the mercenaries (LPM) - you need to find a place to hide them.

Go to first officer's quarter (to the corridor). Open the metal locker on the left by using the key ring and look inside. Then go back to the bridge and click the mercenary on the left.

Finally, go to leisure room, click toilet door, back to the bridge and click the second mercenary. And patiently just wait.
