To earn this trophy, you must first get a bow. You need it to destroy critical spots.

They are the yellow crystals on enemies' bodies, as well as the red, exploding body parts of enemies that can be described as walking bombs.

The easiest way to get this trophy will be while completing the Adira's Regret mission. After defeating the Rot Eater, you have to stand on a platform that will start moving. You will be attacked by a large number of exploding enemies. Aim for the red circular spots on their backs while slowing down the time to fit in the required 3 seconds.

You can also find another opponent. The important thing to remember is that it doesn't have to be one opponent, but several. If you see a large number of enemies with visible yellow crystals, slow the time down to make the task easier and shoot at the crystals - this should unlock the trophy.
