This page describes the passage of the second task of the main thread in Just Cause 4. The Illapa Project (The Illapa Project) is very easy to complete. With it, you will gain access to two useful functionalities - fast travel and a supply drop call. So it's worth completing this task as soon as possible, but before you get access to it, you have to complete the quests Operation Whiteout and Wanay Extraction.
Triggering the quest
The quest begins in the same spot, where you've finished the Wanay Extraction quest. Once you have started your mission, you will be introduced to the fast travel system. The game will show you the locations and tell you how to summon the pilot for a fast journey.

After using the fast travel, you will be dropped into the city. After a while, you will see the mission target on one of the buildings. Use the parachute or a wingsuit to get to the building and then use a hook to get to your destination precisely.
Helicopter Flight
The next destination will be a helicopter flight to a nearby location (it will be marked on your screen). However, you must first order a helicopter. The game will show you how to do it again. Enter the supply drop menu, select the pilot, then select the helicopter, and finally point to the place where the load should be dropped. When you're done, enter the helicopter and follow the mission marker.
You will quickly reach your destination. Now you have to land - do it carefully, because the helicopter can easily explode. Get off the vehicle and then head to the next mission marker. It is located on the door of a nearby building. After approaching the door you will see a cut-scene. This way, you have completed the task The Illapa Project .
