The most important statistics in the game for the main hero or heroine are health and stamina. Both of these statistics can be improved, in the case of health, you will need Ambrosia, and in the case of stamina, Zeus's lightning will be the necessary resource.

Ambrosia can be found in many locations within the world, some of them are very well hidden, others not at all; this resource can be used to directly increase the maximum health of the main character. Once you have collected a certain amount of Ambrosia, you can then spend it in the Hall of the Gods; all you have to do is interact with the Kylix of Athena.

After interacting with the Kylix of Athena, you can spend a certain number of Ambrosia (with each upgrade the cost increases) to get one more health slot. Ambrosia is scattered throughout the world of the game, most often in hard-to-reach places, or those that are invisible at first glance. Sometimes it happens that access to Ambrosia is guarded by opponents, and it is impossible collect it during combat.
