3. The bedroom should be large,
4. It should have double bed,
5. It should have modern, new furniture,
6. It should have a TV and speakers,
7. It should have a TV in bedroom,
8. It should have bookshelves (2-3) - if it will be enough, he will communicate it.

1. To not have "personal space" (office),
2. To not have a bathroom,
3. To not have a bedroom,
4. To not have TV and speakers,
5. To not have enough space for books and magazines,
6. To not have a double bed,
7. To not have a TV in bedroom,
