Mandy Clow will have a next job for you at House Flipper. In this order you will have to separate two rooms by a wall. First, remove all furniture and decorations from there (except for the one at the door - you can't sell it, but you must move it to cover the basin mounting holes). Also, get rid of wall paintings; the order in which objects are sold is random, but do it before you build the wall (there may be complications in the mission).

You can't sell the old chest of drawers, you have to move it - even outside the room.

After the above steps have been taken, start the installation of the elements in the bathroom. These are:

• Basin,
• Tub,
• Shower,
• Toilet,
• Washing machine,
• Round rug (its default color is blue),
• Toilet paper holder.

Once you have installed the above, go to the second part of the once single room. Replace it with studios by fitting these items inside:

• Ella's chair,
• Standard desk,
• 2x garage case.
