The first order from Sara Lewis in House Flipper consists of three simple steps. First of all, take care of your rubbish: locate cardboard boxes, cans and old newspapers - you'll find rubbish in living room and bedroom. Remember to check the progress bars on the right side of the interface to see how much progress you have made in the room you are currently in.

If any discoloration appears suspicious to you, try mopping it up.

Now it is time for cleaning. In this task you get a mop. You can select it by pressing the 2 key on the keyboard or from the pop-up menu while holding down the RMB. While holding the LMB, rub down all the dirt on the floor and furniture in each of three rooms.

The last step to take is to buy a missing radiator. Place it on the brackets next to the TV. Take your tablet (Tab) and choose Installations from the Store tab and a small radiator. You can also use the search engine at the top of the interface.

Hold the LMB on each highlighted element to mount it or screw / tighten it.

After mounting the radiator on the wall, press key E to start the installation. All you have to do is hold the LMB on the mounting parts - the camera will follow the parts you want to install. If a part contains mounting screws - as in this case - you also need to hold the cursor over them to tighten them.
