This page of our guide to Horizon Forbidden West lists all the salvage contracts offered by the Salvage Contractor: Stillsands. We've marked the location of Runda's camp and described the contracts offered. We also explain how to acquire the Sunshot Hunter Bow.

You'll find the contractor in the Stillsands region, by the ancient ruins. Runda can offer you four salvage contracts. Complete three to unlock the last one, which rewards you with the Sunshot Hunter Bow.

Lost Supplies

Contract rewards:

1. XP: 3750
2. Metal shards: 75
3. Apex Bellowback Heart

Head to the nearest Charger site and mount one of the machines. Ride it to the three marked areas, dismount and wait for it to dig out a supply crate. After collecting three crates return to Runda to claim your reward.

Pristine Bellowback

Contract rewards:

1. XP: 4500
2. Metal shards: 75
3. Coil: Instant Corroding Chance +4%

Accept the contract and head to the machine's lair. You must kill the Bellowback without damaging the container on its back.

We recommend starting the fight with a silent strike, then keeping up the assault with your spear or bow. If you're using a ranged weapon, aim for the Bellowback's legs to knock it down and finish it off with a critical strike.

After killing the enemy return to Runda and claim your reward.

Missing Gear

Contract rewards:

1. XP: 5000
2. Metal shards: 75
3. Shell-Walker Lightning Gun

Head to the designated spot near Camp Nowhere. Examine the wrecked cart, the broken crate and the wooden barrel. This will make a Burrower appear behind you. Kill it and immediately hide in tall grass. Wait for a Sunwing to arrive, then follow it to its lair.

Once you're there you must kill the machine or wait for it to fly away. Search the nest and grab Runda's equipment. Return to her and claim your reward.

Rollerback Salvage

Contract rewards:

1. XP: 6500
2. Skill Points: 2
3. Metal shards: 100
4. Sunshot Hunter Bow

Head to the area Runda spoke of. Scan your surroundings and collect five Rollerback parts. You'll be attacked by a Shellsnapper during your search.

The Shellsnapper is a powerful machine equipped with numerous weapons mounted on its armor, deals cold damage as well as burrows underground to ambush you.

Before the battle equip an outfit protecting you from cold, as well as prepare some corrosive and explosive bombs. Try to aim for the machine's weak spots and detach the guns on its back. The Range Master Hunter skill, which temporarily increases ranged damage dealt, will come in handy here.

Kill the Shellsnapper, loot it, collect the remaining Rollerback parts and return to Runda to claim your reward.
