Talk to Drakka in Arrowhand.
Meet Drakka at the Outpost
After accepting the quest, meet Drakka at the outpost south of Arrowhead.
Follow Drakka and Talk to Drakka
Follow Drakka and talk to him when you reach the canyon.
Kill the Machines
There will be 4 machines in the combat zone, 2 Ravagers and 2 Fanghorns. We recommend that you eliminate the Fanghorns first so that they don't disturb you in the battle.
Go to the back of the canyon through the tall grass. Wait for the Ravagers to move away to a safe distance and then hit the Fanghorn with a silent strike. If the strike does not kill the machine, quickly kill it with your spear and immediately hide in the grass. Then wait for the alerted machines to return to their tasks and eliminate the second Fanghorn in the same way.
After killing the Fanghorns, you can fight the Ravagers. These machines are strong, and have machine guns on their backs.
Hide behind a wooden barricade or behind a rock and try to aim for the weak spots on the Ravager's body. Use acid or purgewater damage ammo.
You will also find several traps and exploding barrels of acid in the canyon. Lure the machine near the barrels and shoot them.
An accurate shot at the machine's legs will immediately knock it down - run up to it then and perform a critical hit.
Gather Machine Hearts
Once you've killed all the machines, search their bodies and take the hearts.
Talk to Drakka
After collecting hearts from all machines, talk to Drakka.
Find the Survivor
Follow Drakka to the area next to the outpost south of Arrowhead. You will hear the Tenakth survivor next to the rock.
Kill the Burrowers
When you reach the survivor, Burrowers will attack you. Kill all the machines and hide in the tall grass.
Kill the Thunderjaw
When you kill the Burrowers, a Thunderjaw will appear. Watch out for the machine guns located on its back, and shooting drones.
Shoot the components off the machine's back to quickly disarm it. The Thunderjaw is susceptible to acid and purgewater damage.
Scan the area carefully - you'll find several dead Ravagers around. Once you find the machine gun, the fight against the Thunderjaw will be much easier. Keep the machine at a distance and hide behind rocks.
Talk to Drakka
After eliminating the Thunderjaw, approach the survivor and talk to Drakka
Return to Arrowhand and Talk to Jetakka
Finally, return to Arrowhead and speak with Jetakka.
