The chest from the South Sea Bog region is in the bandit camp at the foot of the mountain. In this area, you can encounter enemies at level 20-40.
It's a medium sized camp with some very powerful enemies and two trolls at levels 30-32. If you want to finish off the trolls quickly, use Imperio on one of them . This spell causes the enemy to attack their allies.
You can learn the Imperio spell during the In the Shadow of Time side mission with Sebastian Sallow.
When the troll regains consciousness, use the Imperio spell on it again and wait for the two opponents to finish each other off.
Once you've eliminated all the enemies, check out one of the tents in the camp. In the chest you will find a collectible.
