Relationship quests in Hogwarts Legacy are missions that you can complete to become friends with chosen students of Hogwarts. A Bird in the Hand is the final relationship quest featuring Poppy Sweeting. Read on if you want to learn how to set up the lights in the ruins and the symbols before the entrance to Snidgets hideout.

Unlocking the relationship quest
This side mission is unlocked after completing the previous mission featuring Poppy - The Centaur and the Stone. Once everything is in place, you'll receive a message from Poppy during the course of The Final Repository story quest. You need to meet Poppy not far from Brockburrow.
Rewards for completing the quest
- 180 XP
- Final conversation with Poppy (takes place after completing the main storyline) that unlocks the Beast Friends trophy.
Figure out how to enter the ruins
After talking to Dorran, approach the stone in the center of the symbol and insert the Moonstone into it. 2 symbols will light up next to the door.
Use the Accio spell to move the stone with the blue light so that the light falls on the symbol shown in the picture above.
Place the stone with the yellow light so that its beam falls on the sun symbol. When the symbols on the ground are lit, the stone door will open.
Search for the Snidgets
Move through the chambers and remove vines with a fire spell when needed. In the last room, pick up the chest with Accio and place it next to the opposite wall. Lift the chest with Levioso and climb up.
Pick up the cube with Accio, jump back down and put it on the symbol highlighted in blue.
Place the cube lying next to the tree on the symbol highlighted in red. Now use any fire spell to ignite the cube in the red symbol . and Glacius on the cube in the blue symbol .
Defeat the Poachers
After opening the way to the next chamber, some Poachers will appear. Defeat them all. At some point during the fight, Centaurs will come to your aid.
After the fight is over, open the door and watch the final cutscene.
