It's all Gobbledegook is one of the main quests in Hogwarts Legacy. This guide page tells you how to enter the Goblin Mine and how to find information about Ranrok's plan.

On this page of the Hogwarts Legacy game guide, you will find a walkthrough for the main quest called It's all Gobbledegook. We describe how to enter the goblin mine and how to obtain the documents necessary to discover Ranrok's plan.

Speak with Amit
Head to the top of the Astronomy Wing and talk to Amit, a Ravenclaw student.
Meet Lodgok near the mine entrance
Go to the place indicated on the world map and talk to Lodgok. Amit will join you after a while.
Enter the goblin mine
The mine door is guarded by an eye, so you'll need to use the Disillusionment spell to approach the entrance without being seen. Remember to use the spell out of sight of the eye above the door.
Search for evidence of Ranrok's plan
Use the fire spell to light the bonfire under the stove and start the elevator. Go down to the lower floor of the mine.
Use Accio to pull the platform towards you, get on it and use Accio again to move the platform forward.
Defeat some of Ranrok's loyalists and use the Disillusionment spell to get through the next eye door.
Moving on, you will reach Ranrok's ally quarters, where you can collect some documents:
- You will find the first one right after you enter the kitchen,
- The second document can be found on the upper floor,
- The third document can be found in the corridor.
When you reach a larger room, you'll have to fight some Ranrok loyalists. There are several elements in the room that can be thrown, as well as explosive barrels - it is worth using them.
After the fight is over, light the fire under the cauldron to activate the next mechanism.
Use Accio on the handle shown in the picture above (to the right of the cauldron) to open the grate on the left that leads to the tunnels.
As you move forward, you will reach another room guarded by Ranrok's loyalists. After the fight, use the Disillusionment spell to go through the next door with the eye. Take the blueprints from the shelf shown in the picture above.
Exit the mine
To get out of the mine, just set fire to the hearth under the boiler and use the elevator in the previous room.
Speak with Amit
Once you're on the surface, talk to Amit about what happened while exploring the mine.
Speak with Lodgok
Lodgok can be found in the same place as last time. Talking to the goblin will end this quest.
