Main entrance to the homeless shelter. This building is associated with the Impulse Control mission story.
Passage to the secret hatch. A staircase that takes you to street level where you can open a secret hatch (point 28 on the map, level 0).
Homeless. Here you will overhear the conversation of homeless people and get the first important information about the Impulse Control mission story. You will also find a crowbar and a leaflet related to the Last Resort challenge. The second leaflet is carried by one of the homeless - a hunched man, who after a while will move away from his friends.
Scaffold. Thanks to the scaffold, you can go to the 1st floor of the hostel for the homeless. That way you will avoid the guards at the main entrance.

The Lotus Passage. Links Hush's and Imogen Royce's buildings. This is where you can lure them in the course of the All-Seeing Eyes mission story.
Sniper rifle. The gun's by the wall. There is one guard who can be easily incapacitated.
Broken drone. On the roof of the building, you will find a crashed drone belonging to Imogen Royce. After scanning the device, you will receive the first information about the All-Seeing Eyes mission story.
Ventilation system. The device is located on the balcony. You can add a lethal poison to the system (point 54 on the map, level 4) to complete the Deprivation challenge.
Entrance to Hush's office. External entrance with door requiring a password: the code is 2552.
Fuse box. There is a cabinet in Hush's office in which you need to install a fuse (point 50 on the map, level 3). You have to do this to be able to complete the Deprivation challenge.
Crowbar. The tool is on the TV box.
The Block Ladder shortcut. You'll need a crowbar to get down the ladder. The tool can be found, e.g. at point 32 on the map (level 1). The ladder will descend to level 0, near the secret hatch (point 28 on the map).
