Hitman 3 - Dubai - Important locations
Deposit room. The place where you enter Burj Al-Ghazali. You can come back here later to get your parachute suit.
Elevator. One of the exits from Burj Al-Ghazali.
Atrium Lobby Door shortcut. The shortcut can only be unlocked from the other side. The access card is held by the floor attendant, who can be found in the bathroom on floor 0 - point 5 on the map.
Staff Area. Can be opened using the terminal: the password is 4706.

You will also have to return to this place after you have obtained orders for the new recruit (point 8 on the map - level 0).
Safe. It is located in the Security Room. Inside it, you will find the card that allows you to activate the emergency alarm in the penthouse - the password is 6927. This card is associated with the Mile High Drop challenge.
Reception. Here you will meet the personal assistant of the sheik. Talk to her after assuming the identity of Zana Kazem during the Bird Of Prey mission story. There are two guards standing in front of the stairs - they will let you go up if you don't have illegal items with you and let them search you. Otherwise, you'll have to distract them. An alternate passage leads through the security room.
Crowbar. The item is lying on the ground, leaning on a toolbox.
Throwing knives spot. Here Marcus Stuyvesant will test your knife-throwing skills. After completing this task, he will dismiss his bodyguard and you will be left alone with him - you can easily assassinate the man. You can also push him off the roof to complete the Vertical Approach challenge.

Fuse box. In the box, you will find the fuse needed to start the art installation that will fatally electrocute Marcus Stuyvesant.

Exploding golf ball. Item needed to complete the Angry Bird challenge - killing Carl Ingram on the mini-golf course.

Terrace. The place where Carl Ingram plays mini-golf. Leave the explosive golf ball here to complete the Angry Bird challenge. This place is also associated with the Mile High Drop challenge. Emetic Rat Poison. The poison is in storage, on the shelf to the right.
Staircase. Side entrance to the 3rd level of the building - server room, penthouse reception.
Bathroom. Unscrewing the taps in the bathroom can distract the nearby bodyguards, security guards, and staff.
Vacuum cleaner. Turning it on will make Carl Ingram angry, which may lead him to go outside and play mini-golf. This action is related to the Angry Bird challenge.
Carl Ingram's Office. The office of one of the targets in Dubai. You will get here, for example, after completing the Bird Of Prey mission story. In the office, you will find a miniature model of the drilling platform - use it to complete the Black Gold Eye challenge.

Helicopter. After getting the key (point 18 - level 2), you can escape from Burj Al-Ghazali by using the helicopter.
Helipad Ladder shortcut. This ladder leads down to the 1st level of the building. You will descend near the electronic windows, the art gallery's backstage.
