On this page of the Hitman 2 guide, you'll learn where you can find missing band members during the mission in Santa Fortuna. Finding them is a part of the Heart of Stone mission story, which includes the assassination of Rico Delgado by dropping a statue on him.

Location of the musicians is shown in the picture above. You'll find all three in the village, and you can reach them in any order.

You'll find the first musician sleeping behind one of the buildings. Unscrew the water valve next to him, so he will wake up and go to the marketplace to join the rest of the band.

The second musician is lying next to the generator. Turn it on so he will get up and go to the marketplace like his predecessor.

You'll find the third musician (a drummer) in one of the buildings (you will recognize it by the loud music coming from the inside). Use the rear entrance shown in the picture above. Use a coin to distract the woman sitting on a chair next to the door, and then use a lockpick or a crowbar to break in.

It'll turn out that the drummer is dead. Agent 47 has to put a drummer disguise on and join the rest of the band on the marketplace. Only after the band starts the performance, Rico Delgado will leave his mansion and set off towards the market.
