On this page of our Heavy Rain Game Guide you will find a description of The Buttefly scene. Ethan must make another attempt at the kidnapper, including squeezing through the ventilation shaft and avoiding electricity.
Important: It's the second trial of Ethan. This one is difficult, but it is recommended to complete it. Again, you can get two trophies, but they are mutually exclusive: for successfully completing the trial you will get the Electrified trophy, and another for failing the task Coward trophy (for the second trophy it is best to return only after the game is completed, so you won't disturb the plot line). Additionally, if you pass all five attempts correctly, you will win the Trial Master trophy.
In order to enter the building, you need to circle it from the left, go along the fence and enter through the hole in the fence around the corner. Go between the transformers and enter the door. Inside, open the hatch, pick up the matches and go inside. There's a kind of unpleasant surprise there - broken glass. You don't have a choice though.
Use matches to find your way - light one on every junction and go in the direction the flame is pointing you to. To make it short, go: Right, left, left, right. Now you will find another unpleasant surprise. There's a room full of transformers with electrified cables hanging between them.
Look closely and you will see that there are huge sparkles on most of them, but few are sparkling much less - you can go between them. Go between fourth and fifth transformer (counting from the left) in the row closest to you.
Be careful during crossing - you can make only a few mistakes. When the edges of the screen become red, then it means that Ethan is on the verge of giving up. He won't die, but you won't pass the trial once you reach the limit. After you will pass the first cables, go forward again, and then turn left. Cross. Now turn right and cross both rows until the end.
The Nurse
This page of Heavy Rain's Game Guide offers a description of The Nurse scene. This is a very short scene in which Madison has to take care of Ethan, who has been injured.
Another short scene. You came for a coffee, and here you are, saving a man's life. Lift Ethan from the ground and lay him on the bed. Enter the bathroom and take medicine from the closet (again). Disinfect the wound on the hand and bandage it. Then rub the burn with ointment and bandage it as well. Talk to Ethan, be curious. As Ethan, open another origami and leave.
