Outlaw - Ashes of Outland Hearthstone Guide

This section of the guide to Hearthstone will tell you how the key word Outlaw works, introduced into the game with the Ashes of Outland.

Outlaw is a new key word in Hearthstone, added in the Ashes of Outland expansion. Cards with the key word Outlaw get a powerful boost when they're played from the left or right-most side of the hand. For example, the presented card Demon Hunter Crimson Sigil Runner has stats 2/1 for 1 mana point, but if you play it from extreme left or right position, you will draw a single card.

Tips

• Remember that Outlaw-key-word cards activate their special ability ONLY when they're played from right or left-most side of the hand.
• If you're not able to push the Outlaw to the left or right-most side of the hand, don't hesitate to play it anyway, without the additional effect.
• If you have a few Outlaw cards, think about potentially using them in Mulligan stage. For example, if you have an Outlaw card in the middle of the hand, and a card for 9 Mana points on the right - shuffle it and try to find a card with lower Mana cost.
