Shudderwock - how and when to use this legendary minion?

Shudderwock is one of the unique legendary Shaman cards - Shaman - post-nerf deck - Descent of Dragons - Descent of Dragons - Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft Game Guide

Shudderwock is one of the unique legendary Shaman cards. Although it costs 9 mana, it has a very powerful Battlecry. Find out how to use this card in the best way possible!

  1. Battlecry - Shudderwock will activate all previous Battlecries you've played earlier in the game. What's very important, these Battlecries are chosen randomly so you won't always be able to predict the end result of using Shudderwock.
  2. Wait for the right moment - before you play Shudderwock, think about what you may gain from it. Try to analyze all Battlecries you've already played - for example, if you have played Sludge Slurper before, you will gain an extra Lackey, so you have to take care of the extra space on your hand.

Mulligan - appropriate card selection

Each duel begins with the so-called Mulligan phase, that is, the selection of cards - Shaman - post-nerf deck - Descent of Dragons - Descent of Dragons - Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft Game Guide

Each duel begins with the so-called Mulligan phase, that is, the selection of cards. During this time, you can decide which cards to leave in your hand and which ones to discard in order to find others. Card shuffling always involves some risk, but sometimes it is necessary to take it in order to have a chance to win.

  1. High priority - Sludge Slurper, Novice Engineer and/or Far-sight.
  2. Medium priority - it's a good idea to save Devoted Maniac in your hand to strengthen Galakrond faster.

Defensive Play

The presented Shamans deck is doing quite well on the defensive - Shaman - post-nerf deck - Descent of Dragons - Descent of Dragons - Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft Game Guide

The presented Shaman's deck is doing quite well on the defensive. You have minions with Taunt at your disposal, like Shield of Galakrond. You can use generated Lackeys or Lightning Storm to destroy enemy minions.

  1. Shield of Galakrond - minion which costs 5 mana points, which has 4/5 stats and a very useful Battlecry. By playing this card, you'll additionally summon a 2/1 minion with Rush.
  2. Lightning Storm - a spell for 3 mana points that can inflict 2 to 3 damage to all enemy minions. Note that if there is an appropriate totem on the board, Lightning Storm damage will increase by 1 point.
  3. Faceless Corruptor - Minion with 5/4 stats, which can turn a selected friendly minion into a copy of Faceless Corruptor. So you can replace a 1/1 unit into a 5/4 one.
  4. Mogu Fleshshaper - minion with solid 3/4 stats and Rush ability. The initial cost of this minion is 7 mana but it can be reduced by 1 point for every other minion on the board. It may often happen that you will play Mogu Fleshshaper completely for free.
