Banished Audio Log - The Great Spine
The audio log is inside a building in the northern part of the enemy base. You'll find it next to a large red-lit console.
Banished Audio Log - Encroaching Glory
The audio log is in the southern part of Riven Gate, next to one of the ammo crates.
UNSC Audio Log -Trench Warfare
The log is on a hill near the outpost, north-east of its central area.
UNSC Audio Log - Convalescence
The audio log is on the hill east of Riven Gate. You can find a sniper rifle in the same area.
Spartan Core
The core is in the south-west part of the hostile area, near the console you use to uncover the generator.
